Because they did the exact thing you said could not happen and i quote. "you cannot borrow your way out of debt". Watch for it. Honestly, i do not know too many businesses, upon startup, without initial capital, that have not borrowed money to get out of debt. They dilluted for that exact reason because they know what they own and that it would eventually get them out of that debt. Guess what, we are real close now and watch what comes out of it. Mark this, as i will be back to tell you another good story when this is all said and done.
