I agree. Consulting IMHO is 'free money' when you can get it, but look at the MJAC list and how many vendors are doing consulting or advising in some way shape or form.

No one is going into CA with the experience EVIO has. They have a huge leg up and just need to execute. I'm all for some equity financing at this stage in the game... Any shares acquired would be locked up for 12 months anyway.
