NOTE 4 – LOAN RECEIVABLE
As of June 30, 2017, the Company had loan receivable of $150,820 from a third-party company, with
12% interest per annum and a four- month repayment term. In July and August 2017, the Company
loaned additional $164,900 to this third-party company with the same terms.


NOTE 7 – SHARES TO BE ISSUED
On June 2, 2017, the Company entered consulting agreements with several consultants for service term from a range of 1 to 2 years, the Company agreed to issue aggregate 211,750,000 shares to employees and consultants.
During the quarter ended June 30, 2017, the Company issued 28,534,483 common shared for proceeds of $430,000 received under a private placement agreement. The Company issued additional 8,500,000 shared for the proceeds of $170,000 received during the period subsequent to
June 30, 2017.
