I feel like you post is proving my point...

Nowhere does his website or facebook page or Instagram page suggest that he has products that the public can currently buy!!! If I'm wrong, then give me the link to the "purchase" links or the "prices" or the "shopping cart", etc.!!!

You offered the quote: "Joining CaliPharms will give us a larger platform to bring our special products to the market en mass"... But if you look closely, you'll see that the words "will give us" are in future tense... And are contingent on a merger that hasn't yet been completed.

Even your red-highlighted quote suggests that the market has not yet been "hit", and offers no actual time frame for how long it will take the products to hit the market.

You're trying to have it both ways here... You're accurately pointing out that these websites are obviously NOT ready for prime time... But at the same time, you're trying to suggest that Mike is deceptively using a fully formed website to sell products that don't yet exist.

It's pretty obvious (even you) that these websites are not trying to be deceptive but are simply showing the steps a guy is taking to slowly assemble his company.
