Just like Knox said, this is all part of the consideration for compliance, In basic terms it is just a formality to show they are working on something.

Im with you on this on Bigworm, a reverse split may not happen at this stage of the game. The chart patterns are no coinsidence either, they represent the true sentiment of the market on the stock,
