So the Form 4 shows Neary has sold no shares. You agree with that?

Also, you agree that management have put their own money in to fund the company at times?

You agree that they have not been PAID their salaries and it remains money owed by the company to them. Or are the auditors wrong? Only to be received on revenue generation?

Please answer the above without beating the previous managements behavior to death as they have nothing to do with current management.
