When you have a massive surprise with a blowout quarter and get a buy rating from an analyst with a $7 price target (implied 65% gain) and your share price barely moves that is pathetic.

The company has performed. The stock has not since those two major announcements.

Maybe the news of a new CEO being hired will spark something. The third time may be the charm?
