Exactly we need some experienced outside directors and possibly a CFO who can circumvent some of these rabbit holds before they happen. Some could be good but like the toxic debt looking at the PPS really not wise decisions. Of course it is 20/20 hindsight but we need the foresight. Lots of this toxic debt when taken out the PPS was at .025-.035 which looked very smart at the time. Unfortunately, IMO we were skinned when these shysters got the PPS down to .012 etc. They are not allowed to short but certainly they have their ways and their is no getting around that.
