Most penny stocks have some convertible loans/dilution, it's more common than not... but they still run for big gains all the time

If someone is afraid of dilution, they probably shouldn't be hanging around the penny market, cause they all dilute... It's like someone going to the beach and being afraid of sand.

IMO being an MJ stock, which is going to be the hottest sector soon, is the focus here... The epicenter of MJ use and cultivation is going to become legal, creating billions of dollars in wealth almost overnight. Every stock in the sector will see gains, just like last year, especially the ones with operations in California, like AGTK.
