It's easy to question something that doesn't exist. But if the logic is something won't exist because it doesn't exist, then we'll still be in the Stone Age.

I like to hear some logical arguments as to why there won't be a partnership for the B platform (UP, OM, ABSSSI) for once. Is it because of efficacy, safety, market size or competition?

The bulls have provided recent examples of deals in IBD drugs, proving BPs are willing to invest in this big market. All the bears can do is to keep pointing at the SP.
