Check my thought process here: we know around 55% of volume is currently naked shorts, which explains the daily sudden drop in share price. Let's suppose it is GE & friends doing the naked shorting, and in the process creating a continuous series of attractive entry points for new and existing investors, all the while slowly edging up the share price over time. The effect would be to gradually soak up the float, right? - a much better, if much slower tactic than another RS at this stage of the game. GE did make the statement that it would take awhile to reach improved PPS, and he does control millions of shares. I may be way off base, but I haven't seen anything in the history of this stock's price movement that hasn't served a purpose or had an agenda.
