1. I thought it was clear given the amount of posts I have made but I will repeat / clarify it for you

2. The point was material claims and reality is, the material claims are gone

this stock is dead and that's why they went to the CAFC first, Susman doesn't want to work for free for peanuts anymore

Sadly, WDDD holders coult lose almost everything if they don't get more claims

It's the same reason Kidrin isn't selling merimed stake to fund the company, he wants 'something' left over if they are screwed and Susman walks when/if only 6 or less claims remain
