The free Court website is now showing that the
" Motion for Order of Reference With Notice of
Settlement " has been granted and a REFEREE
has been appointed.


" Decided: 08/15/2017
GRANTED REFEREE: JACQU
Before Justice: HON. STEPHAN G. SCHICK "


This REFEREE will calculate the $ amount owed to
the Plaintiff and submit it to the Court.

Then a Final Motion for the Sale of BRWC will be
filed by the Plaintiff and a final Order by the JUDGE
approving the Sale of BRWC will send BRWC to Auction.
