The dismissal with the liability of Drilling Energy and Drilling Services opens the flood gates of happy days. VOIL hasn't loaded up on debt or drilling obligations as so many have. Legacy assets as their CEO Green knows the Paradox and brought the assets to VOIL makes it promising. Plus at under a dime it makes it very attractive for the climb up!
