I would personally suggest that those stroking Dabs ego and telling him how great he is should be telling him to have a shareholders meeting to allow shareholders to vote for their officers.
I suggest they pressure him to be legit and file an 8k with actual transparency.

Tell him his shareholders would appreciate it if he added value to their shares and not just the potts estate
