Interesting, Gailm. Check out this post from 10/3/13.

Thanks for your take on this, Gailm. I'm sure that more is going on than we know. A couple of years ago, I did a little research into the Bioadaptive deal with HEMP and saw some things I thought might be a little odd (IIRC, there were charge-offs or repayments for overvaluation of assets,) but the chain of events was convoluted, and then Perlowin moved HEMP into the "consulting business" with the CofCs, and then bought the machinery, so I stopped doing research on Bioadaptives and Epling.

Yesterday, just for kicks, I googled "Barry Epling", and found these posts from October 3, 2013, by "HempLies". I wasn't regularly reading the HEMP board at the time, so missed this post, which appears to cover a lot of what is now being revealed by the SEC:

Barry Epling is pulling all the strings at Hemp Inc. He is also pulling all the strings at Bioadaptives and he is also the person behind Bioswan. Oh and he is the guy behind Ferris Holdings. He even has sucked his brother, Gerald Epling, into this BS as a principle in their Sept 30th filing. You just can't make this sh!t up.

How can this be legal? I personally don't think it is. Your thoughts?

Shall I continue?
All Hype in the press releases for the last year+ and Bruce continues to gives his "tradeable" shares to his buddies to sell so he doesn't look bad. He then calls himself the "biggest investor in HEMP" as he puts the loss he incured on the books as money that is owed to him, aka, Hemp Inc debt. Check the finacials out, it is embarrassing as an investor to realize I missed all of this in my DD of Hemp Inc.

The facade is falling apart around this smoke and mirrors operation. People need to do your due diligence on these people and not listen to the paid shills on this board. They are bought and paid for by the money you and I are losing investing in Hemp Inc. I have lost a ton so far believing in the BS.

Here's a follow-up, where HempLies says he's going to contact the SEC:

Look them up. Facts that speak for themselves. I have posted nothing that is not already known and posted on the internet. I have been trying to contact Hemp Inc for over a month with no response. They have 24 hrs before I contact the SEC. FINRA also loves Hemp Inc. for them it is job security. You must either work for Hemp Inc. or are still blinded with the promise of "great things" to come.
If they are so great, why have they failed to live up to what they promise?
If they are so legit, why do they fail to respond to investor questions?
If they are so legit, why does Bruce keep speaking in circles and contradicting himself?
If they are so legit, why does Barry Epling manage Hemp Inc and BioAdaptives?
