Positive cash flow is not Thursday, but weeks away. First current filings, then credit & capability assessments, then payables and audit fees, (possibly complex arrangements), new hires--maybe more than planned--then Positive cash flow. That seems to be already planned. The time frame could be end of November, even. The client's people are now using the bank's new process in actual business, beyond the widely acknowledge success of the Kenyan original program.
