My correction:

EDGAR filing times are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays.

The SEC/EDGAR system will accept filings as usual based on the history of some company filings, from about 4 pm est til about 6 pm.

That's when I expect MMEG management to try to respond!
