Round and round we go. Wifi one decision is due anytime now before early Nov.
Bungie motion due by Friday. Once that goes in WDDD should have up to 30d to reply. Now that could get interesting as they MAY, just my opinion, ask for a stay till Oil States is decided which by all accounts I have read should be decided by June. Which honestly is no big deal seeing as the current timeline on CAFC case might not even have us on calendar before end of year, depending on what happens after Bungie motion. If we don't don't get on calendar before end of year, CAFC decision probably wont even be in before SCOTUS Oil States case.
2018 could be a HUGE year for WDDD. It could be a huge year for the IP sector in general if SCOTUS rules unconstitutional. As far as the likelihood of that??? WHo freaking knows, but I have read plenty of articles saying they might and plenty that say they might not.
