I don't think the blue dye is an issue and I don't think the FDA thinks the blue dye is an issue... it was present in the phase 1 study and the FDA did not have an issue with it then.

The blue dye has been made an issue by a "drunken sailor" who owns shares in 2 competing companies and has... it seems... a vendetta towards IPCI - he probably is/was a jilted Vasogen holder who thinks IPCI hi-jacked Vasogen and he got screwed - probably his entire life savings were lost when Vasogen went under, and he's developed an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder towards the Odidis.

Unfortunately for us... and what is usually the case... OCD sufferers are quite bright, resourseful, and relentless... as we've seen.
