This was Steve Berman's reply in regards of a possible R/S

I get calls from shareholders everyday asking me that question. It is not even a consideration, and there are no plans any time in the near future. If I thought we could get on a major exchange and I couldn't get a satisfactory buyout, that would be the only way I would even consider it.
