Permit approval to .05+ BUT, what will it STAY at until news of actual ground breaking? We do have to keep in mind the large outstanding share amount. However, we all know a certain hemp stock that went to over $3 a share on speculation ONLY!

We are building a state of the art oil refinery in one of the best locations in the Permian Basin around right next to a Railroad which the state of Texas is helping to restore to it's glory.

That along with the demand for oil in both Mexico AND South America where I would assume Hanks already has connections and contacts with since I believe that is where he WAS going to try and build a refinery a couple of years ago?

SHALE oil refineries are rare and far in between. With this type of oil, it refines differently. Much lighter. Well guess what? MMEX is going to build a refinery to specialize in this type of process. AND, for deeper thinkers, how smart to only build PART of a refinery with growth up to higher barrel per day output and still leave it open to different KINDS of refining. What if shale blows it's wad? Then you could have TWO different kinds of refineries for both SHALE and CRUDE. Near new pipelines AND a newer and improved railroad?
