Seahag....ê ê ê....ç ç ç....ê ê ê....LOL...All I did is hold down alt key while typing the 136 then let up on alt and walla.
But you have to hold down the alt key until you are done with the 136. I have windows 98 up date. Maybe it is the windows you are using. If you are holding down the alt key and it still doesn't work then maybe your windows type just can not do that.
