LOL, the provided link refers to the 10K, not the 10Q!

After submission of the SEC Form NT 10-K, the company must then file its 10-K within 15 days.

Note also that a 10K is required to be filed 90 days from the Annual year end and the 10Q is allowed 45 days from the end of the quarter. So the SEC defines the extensions to be followed from the due dates!

5 calendar days for the 10Q and 15 calendar days for the 10K
