Definitely shady stuff going on with this company..for all the shares they "issued" they could have sold these to pay off debts and have plenty money in the bank. So either kickbacks or some shady agreements with "noteholders". Those noteholders could be connected to management. At any rate this was all done at shareholders expense. Just another form of scam.
