NBRI has zero interest in the Ruby Mine, it was taken into receivership by the Owner because NBRI defaulted on the loan. NBRI has been delinquent in their filings for over 2 years. All of NBRI's worthless assets are fully encumbered by their toxic lenders. NBRI has zero proven or probable resources, zero experienced staff, zero revenue and debt that they have no way of repaying. NBRI is a scam.
