Oh so now 101 will be raised? LOL But but but but, I though you and sooo many others said it doesn't apply

1. I am not sure why you are suggesting I didn't know it would be raised, as I was the one arguing with you and others that it does. Anyone here can go back and read my posts on the matter, its what set most of those here, including yourself off.

2. Did you do some homework over the weekend and learn the basics anyone in this stock should know and realize it was raised already at the district court level? Didn't I say that?

3. I am not sure why you are arguing with me about cross appeals, I also raised that issue that many here argued against

4. It seems now, after all your arguing you are realizing I am right and are trying to be seen as 'knowledgable'

5. I do appreciate how you are now utilizing my arguments but twisting them so slightly to suggest I didn't know this information that I have already shared in many posts? Factual information that you vehemently argued against ad nauseam? Pretending my posts don't exist and you didn't respond that way may work for those who only read the last post on the board sir, not those who have read this board for weeks.

6. Oh by the way, the fact everyone argued against me, spewed venom against me (including yourself) for points you have now come to accept and are now repeating

7. This stock will sell off on 101 news, the judges if anti npe and will decline regardless when the dilution hits.
