They are required to notify all shareholders before a R/S. As for trust, they haven't given any reason to not trust them as of yet. Until they do, I'm not going to start distrusting them. Been invested in this 2+ years because of this reason. Really one of the very few OTC companies that actually care about shareholders and are honest so far. I've spoken to Rein regarding probability of R/S and he has stated multiple times that is not something they are even thinking of right now. Their goal is to grow this company and grow the stock pps, and they've stated they are trying to move up to the next OTC tier in their latest PR so this matches what he said. I think they'll be able to do it. Within a few months this thing should be flying.
