Yes, and appear to be negotiating either a full buyout or acquiring certain EPGL IP. Looking forward to hearing more on this. If I had to guess, and just a guess, I think we may hear on this around mid September. I feel EPGL may be presented to other VCs through the next few weeks. Hopefully we get an update with some detail by the week of Sept 18.
