PPS, SIAF is no Better off today then it was 7 years ago, BUT it is in FAR better position today then if was 7 years ago.

The problem is expectations and Promises Delayed time and time again, and met by little movement in the PPS because of those Delays.

Once the Commitments are complete and the Market see's that SAIF has reach their goals, hopefully the PPS will be rewarded
