I keep about 12 companies, all of which are 'breakout' candidates. All have the best CEO, all are 'going to pennies soon', etc. Funny thing is, though, they don't tend to take off...they basically trade sidewise with a little down trend, then there's some news, and it pops a little, then it all repeats.
If you have all your money in just one of these, you may not ever see the pop you are looking for.
When one of mine gets hot, I move money from one that's not doing much to the one that's popping - just common sense to put money where it will do the most good.
And, for each one, the first challenge is to get the investment back so the remaining shares are riding free. With each of those sales, you have money to find another to add to your group of companies.
I have over 30M shares of BVTK riding free right now, plus about $150K of profit, if I sold them today. Some of those bvtk shares are up over 1500%.
