I don't think that's likely at this point, but not out of the realm of possibility. If it happens now, context matters. If you've followed Ash and Millstone's DD, and considered the state of the BDI, this stock is going to go higher. A RS at this point would shock investors, but put it immediately into the hands of MM's who operate above $5/share. I think it's going to get there just fine on its own, and I think GE knows it, too. So what's the hurry? He already signaled it's going to take awhile to reach improved valuations. Why scare off new investors now? He's not going to dilute before January, and there's a LOT of room for improvement between now and then. IMO.
