Perhaps they are merging with another company?
Perhaps someone is buying them out?

A Simple payment would reinstate their licence.
Plus both officers are ACTIVE in the SOS.

App stores don't add dead apps to their platform. An easy search would show that the Hailyes app has been added to many stores in SE Asia...MANY STORES!!

Perhaps new branding is pending?

Perhaps following the popular opinion is convenient?
