Here is another way to appreciate how undervalued we are

Q3 and Q4 earnings will Abe around 17 cents as they are still in tax free world

Back out today's current price and you will be exiting 2017 with enterprise value of about $1.08 Minus 17 cents or about 90 cents a share

Next year EPS will be around 30 cents before tax or 18 cents after tax

So P/E at current price of $1.08 will be about 90 cents divided by 18 cents or 5 !!!

So, if you give it a 15 p/e multiple .. we have $3.24 price and if you give it a 50 multiple .. you have $11 a share and you can justify $11 to be still a bargain
