At the public school where my daughter attended 1st grade, way back 15 years ago, the kids were already learning Spanish! So today, I would say just about every public elementary school if not all, have children start learning Spanish at a young age! I come from the midwest so sure it's taught just about everywhere else! It's our second language here in the US. OTTV will no doubt have a huge no. of subscribers! If Jenny was my teacher, I would have been the teacher's pet "Hola"! jmo xi
