Now I am really concerned that if I bought into this shell that it will always be a toxic shell no matter who buys it for a startup.... Sounds like it has way to much baggage to become a clean shell that the OTC will ever approve it.

I agree 100% the company is shut down and if this shell ever gets bought again and that is a big IF it may take years!!!!! Who knows if the OTC will drop the bones then. I have a feeling the bones will never come down. A call to the OTY will help some find out that the Hiru can not produce or satisfy them. I would not touch this with a hundred foot pole even if it went to .0001
