To date I have not been contacted about the performance of SwanLock.
Now to be fair, if they were using the app in some way to record its use, or in an attempt to contact me as to its performance, I would not be aware of it as I determined it to be of no significant advantage over other similar apps and have not even bothered to engage it.
I regularly use the email I registered the subscription with and have yet to see anything other than the original link for downloading.
