Yes, SEC has been heavy weight on stock.

I would imagine true support is around .05, but it can't hold above, under the dark cloud the SEC is hanging over Hemp. Even still, you'd think the market would have this priced in, by now. Furthermore, if there was real reason to believe that a malicious fraud was currently taking place, I'm sure we'd be hearing from FINRA.

Needless to say, the stock is depressed, albeit still in line with the sector at large.
