If FINRA doesn't approve sounds a little different than expected real soon. Based upon past performance, the over use of the word Soon, and pink sheet stocks as a whole: expectations are low. I might be surprised, this could be the 1% that meets a deadline. Soon has been used since early early May. Dolv888
