Its just as much news as anything else. This IS the OTC market, PR's are often fabricated or far fetch but those are more trust worthy? I am going with the insiders that are holding a ton of shares for a much higher valuation and have filed such claims OTC filings. There has not been large volume dumping or anything of the sort and to claim otherwise is wrong. Following the money and tightly held shares for big gains to come! Very very green here!
