The letter is very subjective, meaning we don't know if the Aug 25 deadline is a date mandated by FINRA for DOLV to come in full compliance requirements for review of the much anticipated ticker change or if its a process timeline imposed upon FINRA to provide approval decision to DOLV. Either way it could still be weeks or even months before we know.

The court date that keeps getting mentioned is not a court date, it's a discovery deadline. It is the time for all parties to provide evidence to either perpetuate or disclaim the allegations brought forward. A judgement can be made based on the evidence if DOLV requests a summary judgment, ortherwise it can proceed to trial which could take 6months to a year. Although it has been stated several times that the court case will not effect FINRA's decision for a ticker change.

Setting these erroneous dates only leads to disappointment, unnecessary speculation and bashing IMO, we know what we have, let's not pluck the fruit when we know it's not ripe.
