Something else to consider in that first release is the entire last sentence, and more specifically "taking into account only the Guayuco vein".

At that point there was no mention of the already existing Green M&S mines, and the two new leases weren't yet obtained. IMO that was an extremely conservative estimate of the output time frame to get the mine to a medium sized mine, and was narrowly focused on the one vein in the one mine.
