Incorrect. The terms of the deal AMLH and HRS released stated that AMLH will receive up to 25% off all revenue from HRS and its mobile division which is near 4.5 million. Obviously HRS knows AMLH is fully capable of delivering high quality content to its already contracted customers.

Here is the terms of the deal from OTC market news. Current terms under discussion include the Company receiving up to a 25 percent participation stake in Hollywood Riviera Studios' studio production and mobile business which yields annual revenues of approximately $4.5 million.
