Not the biggest scam around or thickest docket of files, but good God, 329 known documents have crossed the desk of the courts and long side's name goes back to 2013, probably the sports lawsuit, but from the first weeks of filing long side has sought nanosux to pay them and I don't know how many notices to compel in all these years. Not to be unnoticed, but long sides repeated requests for dispositions of the principal and others have never been accomplished going all the way back to Jan 2-13.

How can any judge sit there and pretty much let the games continue when all he has to do is browse the same list I can to see the shit nanosux is pulling.

There's talk around of things going down against nanosux and the principal.
But I'm afraid I have to call bullshit on any claims of action or knowledge of action.

All I'd like to see is at least the stock venue get ripped away from the principal and nanosux enterprise. It doesn't matter to me if it takes another 5 years to even reach another lawsuit against these goons.
Just suspend the stock so it can go to the greys and die there. Suspend both stocks while they're at it.
