Yes, Yates is so ignorant that he did break some laws that the SEC put other CEOs in prison for in a heartbeat. His failed forward looking statements don't fall under that. But he did do a number of things that could put him in prison in a heartbeat.

And, on top of that, he's so ignorant he did something no other company would ever dare do to me and 3 others, and he opened himself up to a $10 mil law suit that any lawyer in Dallas would love to take. We still have 5 years to file it.
