I read it and think the legal world would read it as they are working towards that date as a target! Great news by the way, and congratulations!!! Hopefully the title company gets all the deed work done by the closing date! If not, might have to push the close date back a week or 2! I'm assuming the Title company is working hard though to complete it on or before the expected date! Ironic ain't it??
