In pennies there is always risk of a "sell the news" event, however, given the recent flush of dispirited longs & impatient flippers, due to the excessive delay in financials, the risk of selloff on news has been reduced significantly.

Moreover, I see more pent-up demand for this stock just waiting for Rossi to post financials that will drive the PPS much higher on news.

One last point, longs that have endured the past 6 months of sideways action are much less likely to sell until we see the higher values because the act of enduring all the BS over the months commands a higher return.

All points are IMO.
