That does not sound like a solid commitment from "Blackbridge" -- it sounds like more of the same unsuccessful crowd-funding as before.... why would anyone invest when it has fallen from .20-.60 to .0007-.0011, without any immediately marketable product, and a history of misleading information as to What is going to be available When.
