I've been reading just a few if your posts and i must say that i disagree with them.

You may wish to look up the definition of what a reverse stock split is and the destructive consequences it has on the pre split common equity holder.

Witnessing posts that indicate a reverse stock split is the only way for this company to get a bid, has me shaking my head.

CD note holders are incapable of monetizing their shares at a zero bid. And those existing note holders that have been waiting in line to sell their shares at a 100% gain at .0001 would undoubtedly suffered immensely if this stock were to reverse split and then immediately plummet down 60 - 90% within days like most reverse stock split company stocks do.

We arent going to RS. The company is simply trying to locate less toxic financing moving forward. Shareholders have spoken and the company is undoubtedly listening. They realize that we are no longer willing to bid the shares and service the company's debts. They realize now that they themselves have to start paying their own bills and need to take conventional bank loans or land some decent contracts through Cresent Construction in order to turn enough revenues to service its own debts and become profitable.
