Intentionally leaving the word INDEPENDENT from the SEC filing suggest to me that Ronin's choices may in fact not be INDEPENDENT as they have claimed in previous letters to PPHM shareholders. That was really the main point of my post but thanks for pointing out the "Registrant" info and it may be absurd what they are trying to do.

It's also important that people who don't actually own any PPHM common shares remain active and objective.
